Contract to Hire
We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk in Pico Rivera. Industry: Food Manufacturing. We are looking to hire ASAP.
Responsibilities
1) Cash application via check and credit card deposits into the Accounting software.
2) Posting to customer accounts and working with the Customer Service team to ensure accuracy and movement of funds.
3) Investigate unidentified deposits. Research as needed for clients and the Customer Service team.
4) Assist in daily and weekly bank reconciliation process.
5) Assist management with internal and external audits.
6) Work with the overseas Accounting team to coordinate intercompany payments.
7) Maintain company credit card receipts.
8) Perform collection calls
